The Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park

The early 20th century Whalehead Club (National Register of Historic Places, 1980) is situated near Corolla's environmental education center and historic lighthouse. We assisted in preparing a feasibility and planning study to site the Caretaker’s Residence. This study, part of a bound report prepared by the project architect, documented the process and products, including a site analysis, preliminary site plans and alternatives, viewshed studies, and circulation patterns.
